1. Stress Management & Emotional Support:
Stress is our response to events that disrupt or threaten to disrupt, our physical or psychological functioning. Stress is a fact of life. Stressors are around us at work, in our environment and in our personal lives because stress arises from different factors and conditions, something nobody of us can avoid altogether. It seems to exert negative effect on both physical health and psychological well-being. Learning to identify problem and implementation is the key to successful stress reduction. Apna Parivar, through its regular Laughter Yoga & Meditation Workshops, Self – Help Seminars etc. helps you take charge of your lifestyle, thoughts, and emotions and the way you deal with the problems, no matter how stressful your life seems, there are solutions that we provide to you to relieve your pressure and regain control.

2. Drug De-Addiction Management:
Drug abuse have negative abuses for individual and for society, such as family disintegration, loss of employment, failure in school, domestic violence and child abuse. It is often mistakenly assumed that drug abuses lack moral principles and will power and they can stop using drug simply by choosing to change their behaviour. In reality drug abuses is complex disease, infact drug change the brain in ways that foster compulsive drug abuse, quitting is difficult even for those who are ready to do so. Fortunately, Apna Parivar helps people to counter addictions through powerful disruptive effects with combine medications behavioural therapy, acupressure, stress management training, by giving social and emotional support to boost up self-control and will power.

1. Laughter Yoga Workshops:
Laughter therapy and Yoga is the use of humour to promote overall health and wellness .It aims to use the natural physiological process of laughter to help you feel happy. Laughter therapy is suitable for everyone and for all age group - young, elderly, working people or mental health patients. Laughter boosts immunity, decreases pains, eases anxiety and fear, improves moods, strengthens relationships , is an effective social connector ,enhances team work ,helps defuse conflict and promotes group bonding, Apna Parivar endeavour to make you laugh through the Laughter Yoga techniques which remain with you even after the laughter subsides. Humour helps you to keep a positive, optimistic outlook through difficult situations, disappointments and loss. Our effort is to give you courage and strength and to find source of meaning and hope.

2. Acupressure Healing:
Acupressure is an ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE technique similar in principle to Acupuncture. It is based on the concept of life energy which flows through "meridians" in the body. In treatment, physical pressure is applied to acupuncture points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians. Pressure may be applied by hand, by elbow, or with various devices.
